Career Coaching
Career coaching is for people looking for their first career, wanting to enhance their current career or wanting to make a career change. As your coach I'll help you gain clarity, find answers to those big questions, make decisions that are right for you, plan what to do and commit to take action. I can also help you access and interpret the most widely used career assessment tools where this is useful for you.
I won't waste your time with the obvious and things you can do for yourself. I will ask you the searching questions that help you to explore your real motivations, discover your life's mission, recognise your passion, realise what will make you happiest and find out what will suit you best. Unlike parents, partners, friends, relatives or advisors I'll not be telling you what you should do, nor making judgements nor applying pressure. With me there are no limits, no preconceived opinions, no 'you can't do that because'. In fact I'll encourage you to aim for a vision of personnel excellence in your life and 'go for more'.
Coaching offers you a 'safe place' where you can have honest, open conversations where anything goes, you can talk about what really matters to you, your hopes, fears, dreams and aspirations - coaching with me is about YOU and what YOU want. Coaching is different to counselling or careers advice. I'm not there to give you the answers but I am there to help you work out the answers for yourself.
We'll have fun working together and we'll be serious about you getting what you want. Coaching is about results, it's about your future and it's about you taking responsibility to turn your thoughts to action to get the desired results. I'll give you excellent coaching to support, encourage and challenge you to achieve the career you want.
